At The Jaipur Label, each product is lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans. We ship locally and internationally, and our goal is to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time—while maintaining transparency and care throughout the process.

1. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight delays may occur during high-demand periods or for made-to-order items.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Within India

We offer pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.

Standard delivery time: 3–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping charges may vary based on product weight and delivery location (calculated at checkout).

3. International Shipping (UAE & Worldwide)

We ship internationally, including to the UAE, GCC, USA, UK, and more.

International delivery time: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your region and order weight at checkout.

Duties and taxes, if applicable in the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

For exchanges or returns (non-damaged items), the customer will be responsible for both forward and return shipping.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Delays or Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Customs processing
  • Unexpected courier service interruptions

However, we will do our best to support and assist you in tracking or resolving such delays.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
