Once dispatched, we will share a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

We are not liable for courier delays or customs-related issues outside our control.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, reported within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges for size or product changes are accepted within 14 days; courier charges (AED 70 approx.) apply.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item inspection.
