As a small business that operates on minimal profit margins, our return and exchange policy is carefully considered to ensure sustainability for both our customers and our artisan partners.

📦 Returns – For Damaged or Defective Items Only

Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop@thejaipurlabel.com with your order number and clear photos.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

🔄 Exchanges – For Size or Product Changes

We accept exchanges for size or product changes within 14 days of delivery.

In these cases, customers are responsible for courier charges.

Estimated shipping cost: AED 70 (may vary slightly based on location and item size).

✅ Return/Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective items, after inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged items.
